Job summary

Amivie, LLC is seeking a Personal Care Attendant to assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and IADLs in the home setting, following each individual’s care plan. The role may involve transportation and escort services as designated by the plan, with duties aligned to RN supervision and agency guidelines.

Applicants should be at least 18 years old, have a current TB test, and reliable transportation with insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Criminal history check compliant with policy.
• No finding on NC Health Care Registry.
• Experience in Home and Community Based Services preferred.
• Current TB skin test.
• Reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL/IADL assistance as per individual care plan.
• Report deviations or concerns to RN Field Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate time and attendance via EVV or timesheets.
• Dress professionally and wear nametag during assignments.
• Adhere to infection control guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Be available for supervisory visits and follow care plan instructions.
