Amivie, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, client-centered support in Minnesota. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and safety, helping clients live safely and independently in their homes.

The role emphasizes reliability, respectful communication, and adherence to individualized care plans, with opportunities to build meaningful relationships and contribute to the well-being and dignity of those served.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care support (dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, transfers).
• Assist with daily routines supporting client comfort, independence and dignity.
• Provide companionship to reduce isolation and support emotional well-being.
• Assist with light homemaking, meal prep, laundry, errands and other tasks.
• Support safe mobility and use of approved assistive equipment.
• Provide medication reminders or assistance with pre-dosed medications per guidelines.
• Observe and report changes to the supervisor.
• Follow individualized care plans and document services timely.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families and care team.
• Promote a safe, welcoming environment for every person supported.
