Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Of East King County is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to join our team as a Certified Home Care Aide. You will assist clients with daily living activities and provide companionship in their homes.

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients and families. This role offers both part-time and full-time options and a path to meaningful, community-based work.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in home care.
• Certification as Home Care Aide in WA.
• Ability to perform activities of daily living with patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the nurse or other healthcare professionals
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Education

Certificate through the State of WA DSHS
