Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Of East King County is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to join our team. As a Certified Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients and their families.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor clients' condition, and help with light housekeeping. We value empathy, reliability, and clear communication to ensure high-quality at-home care.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care to clients in home settings preferred.
• Ability to assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services.
• Strong communication with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Certified Home Care Aide with WA DSHS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to the nurse or other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with clients and healthcare professionals.
