Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Of East King County is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to join our team in Issaquah, WA. As a Certified Home Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support families in delivering quality home care.

You will work to maintain client comfort, safety, and independence, while coordinating with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a caregiver or home care aide.
• WA state DSHS certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the nurse or other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
