Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Of East King County is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain client well-being and independence.

Responsibilities include ADLs, documenting care, coordinating with nurses, and supporting families. A WA DSHS certificate is required, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time roles. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience providing home care services.
• WA DSHS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to nurses or other healthcare professionals
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with clients and healthcare professionals
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
