Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Central San Diego is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to support clients in La Jolla, Point Loma and surrounding communities. Immediate shifts available, up to 40 hours per week, with day or night options.

As a Home Care Aide you will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, with 24/7 office support. A valid CA HCA registration and Driver’s License are required.

Qualifications

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration with CDSS/Guardian required.
• Valid CA Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass Live Scan background check & TB test.
• Experience with Dementia/Parkinson's care or back injury support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
