Job summary

Cheer Home Care is actively seeking Home Care Aides for morning shifts in the La Jolla area. You will provide compassionate, non-medical support to elderly and disabled clients, including personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping.

The role offers 8- or 12-hour shifts with a flexible full-time or part-time schedule, and pays $20–$23 per hour plus weekly payments and benefits. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• A mobile phone with internet access is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are valued.
• Certifications: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid and AED are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and social activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable environment.
