Job summary

Caremate Wellness Solutions, LLC in Mansfield, TX is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical personal care in clients' homes, following a signed plan of care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring safety, supporting families, and maintaining a safe environment. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and strong communication.

Starting wage is $13.02 per hour with a semi-monthly pay schedule and flexible shifts, plus health options and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months or more of prior direct caregiving experience.
• Must be self-directed and service-oriented.
• Need good interpersonal skills and bedside manner.
• Patience and compassion for elderly and/or disabled individuals.
• Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's disease, or be willing to participate in training to provide service.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, meals).
• Provide direct non-medical personal care per plan.
• Perform safety and wellness observations each shift.
• Maintain a safe home environment and report hazards.
• Teach families transfer/ repositioning techniques as needed.
• Participate in agency-required training.
• Contribute to service reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to services.
