Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides to provide in-home support to seniors across your community. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, delivering personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship. Flexible schedules exist with opportunities for 15–25 hours per week, and a weekly pay cycle.

The role offers a starting pay of $15-$17 per hour, travel pay, and benefits. A valid driver’s license or access to a personal vehicle is required for some full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment as a home health aide or nurse aide
• OR Completion of a 30-hour Training and Competency Evaluation Program
• Must complete a 30-hour company-paid training if not meeting above

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Provide personal care such as dressing, grooming, and meals assistance
• Run errands, grocery shop, and accompany clients to appointments
