Job summary

Help at Home is the nation’s leading provider of in-home support to seniors and is hiring in your community. You’ll work as a Home Care Aide, providing 1-on-1 support in clients’ homes, including light housekeeping, personal care, and assistance with meals and errands.

Training and state requirements are provided; a driver’s license is required where applicable. Starting pay is at least $18 per hour with health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of previous experience as a caregiver
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation
• Certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification encouraged to apply
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments
