Help At Home, LLC is hiring Home Care Aides to provide in-home support to seniors. No experience required; paid training available. Roles involve 1-on-1 client care, light housekeeping, personal care, and errand assistance in clients' homes.

Part-time schedules typically 15-25 hours per week with opportunities for more. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are needed for full-time roles. Pay rate ranges from $15 to $17 per hour.

Formación

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment as a home health aide or nurse aide or completion of a 30-hour Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• If you do not meet the above, you must complete a 30-hour company-paid training prior to seeing clients.
• Be in good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test within six months prior to the first assignment.
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, and time off vary by state and location.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1-on-1 care inside clients' homes.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Assist with personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments.
