Job summary

Help at Home is hiring TODAY in your community as a Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one in-home support for seniors. No experience is required; paid training is provided and schedules are flexible, typically 15–25 hours per week with travel pay based on assignments.

Starting pay is $15-$17 per hour. Full-time roles require a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle to support multiple clients in a day.

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year supervised employment as home health aide or nurse aide.
• Completion of a 30-hour Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• TB test within six months prior to first assignment where required.
• Commitment to professional development and state training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal care such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, groceries, and accompanying clients to appointments.
