Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides to work with clients in their homes across your community. No experience required; paid training provided; you’ll help with light housekeeping, personal care, errands, and companionship.

A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are needed for full-time assignments in some areas. Positions offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, travel pay, direct deposit, and an opportunity to grow with a trusted national provider serving seniors for 40+ years.

Qualifications

• STNA OR 1 year supervised employment as home health aide OR completion of a 30-hour Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Be in good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test within six months prior to first assignment.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, and time off vary by state and location.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying your clients to appointments.
