Job summary

Abcor Home Health, Inc. is seeking caregivers to support clients in their homes in Aurora and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1 year caregiving experience.
• Willing to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver''s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals).
• Perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Transport and escort clients to medical appointments and social outings.
• Provide services per individualized care plan.
• Report changes in client condition to branch supervisor.
• Complete visits and document tasks in the home care app.
