Job summary

Care Synergy is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide in Aurora, CO to assist elderly participants with personal care and daily activities according to the Plan of Care. The role includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and respite support for families. A valid Colorado driver’s license with auto insurance proof is required.

Qualifications

• One year of professional experience with frail/elderly population, home care, or geriatric care.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal care activities per Plan of Care (hygiene, mobility, elimination).
• Support home maintenance activities per Plan of Care (light housekeeping, meal prep).
• Provide companionship and respite to families while promoting independence.
