Job summary

Abcor Home Health is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide essential in-home care. You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

You will document visits using the company app and report changes to the branch supervisor. Responsibilities include transporting clients to appointments, attending training, and collaborating with the care team to meet individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience in caregiving.
• Criminal background check required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Access to reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal prep.
• Light housekeeping as needed.
• Transports and escorts clients to medical appointments and social outings.
• Documents daily service tasks via home care app.
• Reports changes in client condition to branch supervisor.
• Participates in annual in-service training and quarterly supervisor conferences.
