Job summary

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate Home Assistant to provide essential in-home support to clients in the Brighton, MI area. You will assist with daily living activities to improve quality of life in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal support, companionship, mobility assistance, and maintaining a safe living environment in accordance with care plans and policies. Prior experience is a plus, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Ability to pass necessary background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and support to enhance emotional well-being.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for clients.
• Observe and report any changes in client condition or needs to supervisors.
