Job summary

True Senior Care, LLC is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes in Michigan. You will support daily living activities, build relationships, and follow individualized care plans while maintaining professionalism and compassion.

Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a patient, heartful approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional caregiving certifications preferred.
• Previous direct care or related field experience is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
• Administer medication and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report changes in clients’ conditions to the care team.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
