University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate Personal Caregiver in Rochester Hills, MI. You will assist clients with daily personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship to support independence and comfort.

Be reliable, able to follow care plans, maintain confidentiality, and pass background checks. Previous caregiving experience is a plus, with a competitive hourly wage and ongoing training in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in personal caregiving or related field is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and company policies to ensure high-quality service.
