Job summary

Right At Home Indianapolis West is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) / Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities. The role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities for ongoing training within a supportive local office.

Eligible candidates will receive medical benefits through the franchise, a 401(k), and weekly pay. You will work in clients’ homes in the community with pay varying by location and shift type.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience as HHA/PCA in health care settings (home or facilities).
• State approved HHA/PCA course completion is required.
• CPR certification recommended.
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing).
• Assist with meals and meal preparation.
• Follow nurse instructions and assist with devices for daily living (cane, walker, wheelchair).
• Support clients with prescribed routines and monitoring vital signs as trained.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to supervisor.
