Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, bathing, grooming).
• Aid in ambulation, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with prescribed health-related tasks under nurse guidance.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and engage clients to promote well-being.
