Job summary

Right At Home Indiannapolis West is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the local community. You will support daily living activities, assist with mobility, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of HHA/PCA healthcare experience preferred.
• English literacy required for job duties.
• CPR certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Support mobility and transfers as directed by care plan.
• Assist with nutrition, meal prep and basic household tasks.
• Document care activities and communicate with supervisors.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to clients in their homes.
