Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support patients at home under RN supervision and physician orders. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and ensure safety and documentation compliance in daily care tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR preferred, and prior experience with elderly individuals in home health or long-term care settings. A compassionate, dependable mindset and strong observation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage patients in meaningful conversation, companionship, and social interaction.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and requests for care.
• Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to a licensed nurse.
• Complete required documentation, including incident reports and change-of-condition reports.
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with eating (excluding tube feeding).
• Support self-administration of medications as directed.
• Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe immediate living environment (bedroom and bathroom).
