Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support patients in their homes under RN supervision and per physician orders. You will assist with daily living activities and monitor patient well-being while documenting changes in condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience with elderly individuals in home health or long-term care settings preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage patients in meaningful conversation, companionship, and social interaction.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and requests for care.
• Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to a licensed nurse.
• Complete required documentation, including incident reports and change-of-condition reports.
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with eating (excluding tube feeding).
• Support self-administration of medications as directed.
• Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe immediate living environment (bedroom and bathroom).
