Job summary

ComForCare Triad Home Care is seeking an experienced Personal Care Assistant to support clients in private homes across Greensboro, NC. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, medication reminders, and meal preparation while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Monitor health and report changes to family and supervising healthcare professional.
• Support medication administration through reminders and adherence to care plans and HIPAA.
