Job summary

ComForCare Home Care (Raleigh, NC) is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants to provide essential in‑home care, including personal care, mobility support and meal preparation. You will help clients stay independent, offer companionship, and support families with respite services.

Requirements include 6+ months PCA/CNA experience, valid driver's license, ability to pass background and drug tests, and flexible days/evenings. Join a team committed to quality care in home settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a PCA or CNA.
• Experience in clients' homes or senior communities (non-family).
• Valid driver’s license and owned vehicle.
• Must pass a national background check and drug test.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Days and evenings only.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
