Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Enola, PA to support individuals with I/DD in their homes and communities. Various hours, full-time and part-time opportunities, and a $1,000 signing bonus are available.

Applicants should be compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently. A valid driver’s license and car insurance are required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Comfortable supporting personal-care and behavioral needs.
• At least 18 years old; background checks required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in clients' homes and communities.
• Help develop behavioral, social, and vocational skills.
• Assist with recreation and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit payroll and documentation on time; participate in training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently in home and community settings.
