Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey.
• Experience in home care or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, dedicated to providing excellent care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must be CHHA certified in NJ.
• Pass background check.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep a clean, safe home.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health to care coordinator.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
