Qualifications
- HHA certification in New Jersey.
- CHHA certification in NJ.
- Background check clearance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
- Monitor changes in health and report to care coordinator.
- Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
