Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey required.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• CHHA certification in NJ required.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
• Monitor health status and report changes to care coordinator.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
