Qualifications
- HHA certification in New Jersey is required.
- CHHA certification in NJ is preferred/required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
- Perform light housekeeping for safety and cleanliness.
- Monitor health status and report changes to care coordinator.
- Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
- Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
