Job summary

Family PillarsHomecare in Florida is expanding its team of HHAs and CNAs to provide compassionate at-home care to seniors and adults needing support. You will assist with ADLs, monitor fall risks, help with transfers, and provide companionship.

We offer flexible scheduling near your home, direct deposit, and a supportive office team as we grow across counties. Valid HHA or CNA credentials and CPR-BLS are required, plus a background check and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Background check within last 6 months (or willing to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility.
• Care for fall-risk patient with emphasis on safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow patient care plan and maintain privacy and dignity.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the care team.
