Qualifications
- Certification: MA CNA certification or verifiable CHHA/HHA/PCA/Caregiver experience.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in home health, assisted living, or similar healthcare setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: Positive, respectful, and professional attitude with a heart to help others.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Supporting patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
- Assisting in the implementation of personalized patient care plans.
- Delivering compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
