Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is expanding its team of HHAs and CNAs in Boynton Beach, Florida. We provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults needing support. Join a growing agency with flexible schedules and reliable cases near you.

As a member of our field staff, you will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, ensure safe mobility, and follow care plans with a professional, independent approach. CPR and CNA/HHA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
