Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Security, law enforcement, or military.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV report.
• Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) and firearms training.
• IAHSS Certification to be obtained within 90 days of promotion/hire.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the FTO Program within the first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Enforces all safety and security rules, regulations, and policies on company property.
• Conducts routine inspections of on-site and off-site locations.
• Investigates accidents and other incidents and reports occurrences promptly.
• Performs opening/lockdown of buildings as approved by Administration and related duties.
• Participates in emergency response and related drills.
• Maintains required annual certifications and completes training on time.
• Communicates professionally with patients, guests, and staff while respecting privacy.
