Duncaster in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Associate to maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas on a full-time basis. You will follow the facility's infection control standards, operate cleaning equipment properly, and report any issues to the supervisor to ensure a high standard of care across the campus.

Required: at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting, the ability to read, write and speak English clearly, physical stamina

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in healthcare housekeeping.
• English language (read/write/speak) required.
• Ability to follow cleaning methods and safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Follows the 7 steps of cleaning.
• Performs cleaning of resident rooms after discharges and isolation as required.
• Maintains equipment and returns it to its location.
• Follows infection control standards and safety regulations.
• Reports to supervisor any special housekeeping requests.
