Healthcare Residential Options is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and employees in a healthcare setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of cleaning experience in an institutional setting, and the physical ability to lift and bend while following infection control procedures. The supervisor will provide guidance as needed, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Experience in an institutional setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of all buildings in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.
• Clean all interior settings per departmental procedures.
• Clean all exterior settings per departmental procedures; rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges.
• Ensure clean rooms, bathrooms, and freshly made beds for every new admission. Wash bed linens and towels.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies as needed e.g., hand washing liquid, paper towels, cleaning supplies.
• Maintain proper housekeeping logs on a daily basis.
• Any other duties as assigned.
