Revere Health is seeking a friendly, organized Full-Time Receptionist for its Family Practice and Urgent Care in Roy, UT. The role focuses on delivering excellent patient service, accurate check-in, and efficient front-office operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional demeanor.

Competenze

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service in a medical office preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under stress with frequent interruptions.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Welcome and check in patients and families with professionalism and compassion.
• Assist patients with verification of demographics, insurance and appointment times; update accounts as needed.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately.
• Collect co-payments and reconcile daily cash reports.
• Answer phones promptly and transfer calls tactfully; provide accurate information.
• Scan and file patient documents in the EMR system.
• Complete referrals and assist with prior authorizations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (faxes, emails).
• Participate in clinical VBC initiatives.
• All other duties as assigned.
