The Cook will follow menus, assist with dietary requirements, maintain sanitation, and collaborate with nursing staff to support resident well-being while upholding infection control and dietary procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have successfully completed all ServSafe educational requirements.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the Facility’s personnel, safety, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus and dietary orders.
• Assist in maintaining food storage areas and inventory.
• Follow sanitary regulations and infection control policies.
• Report hazards and incidents as required by policy.
