Ideal candidates have an admissions or marketing background in healthcare and SNF admissions experience. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, and the role is full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Admissions or Marketing role in healthcare.
• Experience in SNF Admissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals with Intake and verify insurance and authorizations.
• Communicate referral status with sources, residents and families.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to prepare rooms and equipment.
• Assist with admissions processes and paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
