Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Health Services Coordinator (LVN/LPN) to support the health services team. You will perform administrative and clinical tasks, draft care plans, monitor residents, and ensure compliant medication delivery under the Director of Health Services.

Strong communication and organization are essential. Requirements include an active RN/LVN/LPN license, 2+ years in healthcare, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• RN, LVN or LPN license active and in good standing, CEU compliance and renewal.
• 2+ years in healthcare as a similar role or in a healthcare environment.
• Clearances, health screening, TB test results within 7 days of employment; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support health services operations and assist DHS with clinical and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate assessments, ISP drafts, and service plan reviews with stakeholders.
• Provide medication delivery, basic nursing functions, and emergency response as needed.
• Maintain inventory, coordinate pharmacy deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist in community marketing and act as liaison with families and external providers.
