Job summary

This role requires physical stamina and strong teamwork. The position offers a hybrid work mode with 12-hour day/night shifts and rotating weekends, reflecting the department's staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical activities including moving and positioning patients.
• Basic computer skills.
• Enrollment in nursing program or CNA certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and monitor patient condition; report to RN.
• Assist RN during diagnostic procedures and with patient care.
• Provide hygiene, nutrition support and routine activities of daily living.
• Set up and manage patient rooms and equipment.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Document care provided and communicate changes in patient status.
