You will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, and foster relationships with clients, families, and professionals. The role emphasizes person-centered care, collaboration, and adherence to care plans and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Development Disabilities in 24-Hour comprehensive care.
• Residential Group Home Management strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead with empathy and build trust in a person-centered environment.
• Clear, respectful communication with individuals supported, families, and staff.
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and oversee daily operations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle unexpected situations.
• Team leadership and coaching to train and motivate staff.
• Attention to detail for documentation and compliance with care plans and state regulations.
• Valid driver's license required.
