Alternative Services - Oregon, Inc. (ASI-OR) seeks a Home Manager to lead a person-centered group home in Portland, guiding staff and clients toward independence. You will build relationships, promote growth, and embody our values of excellence and integrity.

You will supervise a passionate team, coordinate care, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, high-quality support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with IDD in 24-hour care.
• Strong communication with clients, families and staff.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Crisis intervention skills for challenging behaviors.
• Valid driver's license for transportation and activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a person-centered group home and supervise staff.
• Foster independence and meaningful activities for clients.
• Coordinate care plans with families, ISP Team and providers.
• Ensure documentation and state compliance.
