Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in 24-hour comprehensive care.
• Demonstrated compassionate leadership to guide a person-centered environment.
• Clear, respectful communication with individuals, families, and staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for scheduling and daily operations.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities in dynamic settings.
• Experience supervising, training, and motivating care staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a person-centered group home ensuring safety, respect, and meaningful activities.
• Coach and supervise staff, developing their skills and coverage.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and care plan implementation.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations.
