Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with IDD.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently and as part of a team within the group home environment.
