Full-time and part-time positions are available, offering $18.00 per hour with paid training and flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in making a positive impact and meeting the varied personal-care needs of residents.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (not required, paid training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and supervision.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.

Skills

Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD

Ability to work independently and responsibly

Valid driver’s license and active car insurance

Comfortable supporting individuals with varying personal-care needs

Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
