Abound Health is seeking compassionate Universal Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Mercer County, PA to support individuals with I/DD across homes, community settings, and licensed residences. The role offers $23.00 per hour and a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates.

We require 2+ years of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks. Full-time and part-time schedules with weekend/evening options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group-based support in homes, community settings, and licensed programs.
• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently in home, community, and group home settings.
