Job summary

Sterling Village in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a strong, passionate nursing team. Full-time days, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with a $36–$45/hour pay range based on experience.

You will assess residents, administer medications, manage complex care needs and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, therapy and other professionals. We value high standards, teamwork and resident-focused care.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN license.
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and recognize changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments and other nursing interventions.
• Manage residents with complex and changing healthcare needs.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacists, therapy and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in admissions, transfers and transitions of care.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Complete clinical documentation and physician orders.
• Participate in care conferences and communicate with residents and families.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to CNAs and other members of the nursing team.
• Advocate for residents and coordinate their care.
